ForgeBuy v1.1 is now available. This update adds Thread Lock Mode — a way to gate any thread's content without touching a single line of BBCode.
What's new in v1.1
Thread Lock Mode
Lock an entire thread directly from a settings link on your post. No BBCode required.
Choose from three lock styles:
- PayPal — Buyers pay a set price to unlock. Payment is verified automatically via IPN.
- Min Posts — Members with enough posts get free access. Good for milestone rewards or community perks.
- Registered Only — Any logged-in member can view. Useful for member-only resources.
The configure page lets you set the display name, hidden content (HTML allowed), and style in one place. You can update or remove the lock at any time without affecting existing buyers.

- [buy] BBCode — embed a paywall inline anywhere in a post
- PayPal IPN auto-unlock — content is revealed the moment payment clears
- ACP dashboard — view all purchases, manually approve or reject
- Seller profile — set your PayPal email once, used across all your locks
